 Welcome to The Legends of Settendown Creek Homeowners Association Website. The Purpose of this Web Site is to provide a location for our homeowner's to keep up with events in the community and a place for the homeowners association to provide information regarding budget, plans and issues that arise in our community. Members of our community have come together and volunteered their time in running this Homeowners Association with a view to keeping our neighborhood clean, beautiful, and safe as well as to maintain the value of our homes. The Legends of Settendown Creek is a beautiful estate neighborhood of one hundred forty-four home sites located in Forsyth County Georgia. With over 500 acres of woodlands, parks, lakes, creeks and breathtaking mountain views, The Legends of Settendown Creek is a paradise of privacy and relaxation. |

 Neighborhood Speed Limit. Please note that the community wide speed limit is 25 MPH.
Carp Catch and Release. Please be aware that we have stocked the park lake with Algae controlling Carp. These fish have been neuterd and should be released back into the lake if caught.
